Roundup® Lawsuits in Texas
Monsanto, and its parent company Bayer, is facing thousands of lawsuits that claim its weed killer, Roundup®, caused individuals to develop cancer. The main ingredient in Roundup® is an herbicide called glyphosate. Monsanto claims it is safe and has been using the substance in its weed killer for decades.
